In this latest update, the team takes us on a tour of the new spots in phase two, showcasing the potential for tiny homes in spots 6, 7, and 8. With plans for car parking and beautiful surroundings, these spots offer a glimpse into the tranquil lifestyle at Mountain Haven. Moving on to spot 10, a remnant from the old Campground, and spot 12, perfect for a smaller tiny home, the team highlights the variety of options available for future residents.
Spot 13 intrigues with its old Tom Bing and a makeshift Grill, soon to be removed to make space for a large tiny home. Spot 14 and spot 15 impress with their ample space, ideal for accommodating larger tiny homes. As the tour continues, spot 17 stands out as a generous spot capable of hosting a 32-footer, while spot 16 offers a view of the serene lake. Plans for a potential pier at the lake hint at exciting future developments, adding to the charm of Mountain Haven.
The team shares insights into the seasonal spring feeding the lake, which had stopped but has now resumed its flow. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the lake for fishing and scenic views, emphasizing the community's focus on nature and relaxation.
